It can be used to replace negative habits such as smoking, or raiding the biscuit tin, with simple exercises to improve health and well-being.

Enhance Engagement

Participants engage in 30 different activities designed by health & fitness specialists at Don’t Tone Alone CIC, who will support each organisation to optimise their use of Deskletics™.

All activities are inclusive and involve elements of mindfulness, physical activity, and healthy eating practices over a 3-week period.

Participants can be divided into teams & are encouraged to upload pictures and comments to a dedicated live news feed.

Individuals compete for points, which are uploaded onto the Deskletics™ leader board.
